At Earthen360, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

Since our products include dry fruit laddus and other edible items, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except under the conditions listed below:

A refund or replacement may be considered only if:

  • You receive a damaged or leaked package

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Requests outside these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

REPORTING AN ISSUE

If you face any of the issues mentioned above, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the outer and inner packaging

  • Your order number

Requests raised after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)

REFUND PROCESS

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, or

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • In case of successful cancellation, refunds will be processed within the standard timeframe

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DELIVERY ISSUES

Earthen360 is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier wherever possible.
